The Signature Design Journey

  • You’ll fill out a focused client questionnaire to outline your style, budget, and specific room requirements. I follow this up with a dedicated Discovery Call to dive deeper into your answers, lock in your goals, and ensure we are a perfect fit.

  • Your booking is officially secured once your deposit payment is processed. Next, I gather the technical DNA of your space using photos and room dimensions provided by you.

    • Full Service Option: Includes an optional Site Visit Add-on, where I will visit your space in person to measure, evaluate, and assess the space directly.

  • I analyse how you actually live by having you complete my 24-Hour Home Diary and "Future Self" visualisation workbook. Using these insights, I compile initial concepts and creative directions to ensure our visions align before full design work begins, sending you an initial design proposal for review.

  • I provide a clear, structured timeframe so you know exactly when your final deliverables will arrive. I then dive into the detailed design process—creating your custom digital assets, layouts, and specifications while keeping you regularly updated.

    • Full Service Option: Includes an optional Trade & Contractor Collaboration Add-on to review technical constraints directly with your tradesperson.

  • The big reveal! Your bespoke Design Pack is delivered straight to your inbox, completely customized to your agreed package level to give you an actionable roadmap for your space. This is your opportunity to review the concepts and request any desired refinements.

  • Once approved, you transition into your dedicated follow-up support period so you can execute your new design with complete confidence.

    • Includes a 30-day post-delivery support window to answer any implementation or trade questions as work begins.
